Owners Peggy and Gabrielle met while working together at another tax firm, where a shared commitment to helping clients quickly grew into a lasting professional partnership. What began as a professional connection developed into a friendship—and eventually a shared dream of creating something better. They founded their own firm with a focus on putting client relationships first and ensuring every individual receives the personalized support they deserve. Peggy and Gabrielle also envisioned an office that feels like a true team—one where collaboration is encouraged, every team member plays an important role, and clients feel confident knowing they have a dedicated group working together on their behalf.

Meet The Team

Peggy Catlin

I began my career in the tax industry in Grand Junction in 1995. Over the past 30 years, I’ve remained committed to staying current with the constantly evolving tax laws and regulations through ongoing education and professional training. What I’ve valued most throughout my career is building lasting relationships and getting to know the clients I serve.

Gabrielle Derrera

I’ve been working in the tax industry since 2005 and have always valued the relationships I build with my clients. While I enjoy the work itself, what I truly love is hearing about my clients’ families, adventures, and life changes each year. In 2019, I expanded my services to include bookkeeping, which has allowed me to stay connected with clients year-round and support them as they grow their businesses.

Kristi Gallegos Ayers

I’m a dedicated bookkeeper with several years of experience helping small businesses stay organized and financially on track. As a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, I can provide one on one training for client's who need extra support in working on their own bookkeeping. I enjoy working closely with clients to ensure they have the support they need to grow their businesses with confidence.

Kristie Herrera

I’m just beginning my journey in the tax industry and recently started preparing taxes after completing my training. Over the past year, I’ve also learned bookkeeping and have gained hands-on experience to better support individuals and small businesses. I’m excited to grow in this field and build strong, lasting relationships with the clients I serve.
